Varieté! Comedy In Your Community is an 11-day festival in celebration of Children's Day, which falls on 1 October. The inaugural festival will present To laugh is to Live!, a 75 minutes theater performance featuring Kenny Ahern from USA. With 14 free public performances staged right in the heartland, reaching out to more than 7,000 children in the community.

Varieté! Comedy In Your Community aims to be a festival with a difference- bringing good quality theatre performances to the children in the heartland, whom many may not be able to afford.
